4th of July Feast and Watch the Fireworks at J&G Steakhouse

Elevate your 4th of July with a chef-crafted three-course feast paired with sweeping view of fireworks shows from across the Valley at J&G Steakhouse inside The Phoenician Resort. Offered all night (5 - 10 pm) on Monday, July 4, 2016, savor a three-course feast featuring gourmet twists on classic all-American fare for only $45 ++ per person. Think cooling watermelon transformed into a chilled Watermelon Gazpacho starter, or a two-fisted Braised Short Rib Sandwich topped with arugula, horseradish, capers, mayo and roasted beets, served with a side of French fries. Plus, top it off with your choice of house made desserts such as Cinnamon Doughnuts with strawberry-lager jam or Popping Cherry Pie. Full menu below.

Wash it all down with specially priced bottles of wine, including premium sections from two of America's top wineries (Far Niente and Frank Family of Napa Valley). Or sip and savor one of J&G's special 4th of July cocktails, such as the Orange Elderflowrr Cosmo, Zi or a New York Sour.

Best of all, J&G Steakhouse also tempts with an expansive outdoor dining patio and floor-to-ceiling windows that capture sweeping vistas of the Valley from its perch in the foothills of Camelback Mountain. Which means J&G guests are treated to free views of the fireworks shows taking place across the Valley.
