Chefs Bernie Kantak of The Gladly, Cullen Campbell of Crudo, Jacob Cutino of Homeboy's Hot Sauces, Josh Herbert of Posh Scottsdale, Justin Beckett of Beckett's Table, Scott Holmes of Little Miss BBQ, and Stephen Jones of The larder + the delta will join Gio Osso at Nico Heirloom Kitchen to create a special, multi-course brunch menu featuring award-winning Niman Ranch pork.

A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Niman Ranch Next Generation Scholarship Fund, designed to raise awareness of the loss of traditional farming and ranching practices, and to ultimately help maintain this way of life. The fund helps give the children of farmers a better opportunity to return to the farm by helping pay for some of their education.
