The Lodge Sasquatch Kitchen by Chef Aaron May makes a five-cheese sauce made with muenster, cheddar, American, Swiss, and pepper jack cheese that is smothered on the Mac N’ Cheese dish that is large enough to satisfy a sasquatch. The Mac N’ Cheese ($7.99) is topped with a Cheeto and Doritos crust. Protein additions include bacon, chicken, bratwurst or green chili pork for $3 each.
