Honor the Hatch spirit and share this farm-to-table, authentic once-a-year New Mexico experience with friends and family. Join Chelsea’s Kitchen in celebrating the Hatch chile harvest season during prime picking on August 27-28, 2016. The fiery aroma will fill the air
with on-site roasting from noon to 7 pm on Saturday and Sunday with our custom locally built roaster. The Chefs have also created a special menu featuring Hatch chile stew with our gluten free green chile cornbread, chile quesadillas, and more. Guests will be able to bring a little piece of New Mexico home with them - packages of “roasted with love” or
fresh chiles will be available for purchase. Roasted chiles can be used immediately or frozen for later.
