EVO is hosting a four-course wine-paired dinner featuring one of Australia's top wineries on Wednesday, October 26, 2016 for a one-night-only dinner featuring the famed Australian import, DiGiorgio Family Vineyards, and personally hosted by DiGiorgio's wine expert, Bruce Clugston. Handcrafted by EVO executive chef, Stephen Fowler, guests will savor an authentic four-course Italian feast paired with the latest varietals from DiGiorgio's Australian vineyards, including the second oldest winery in the world famous Coonawarra district.
