From the mind of local food photographer, Debby Wolvos, comes Arizona on a Plate, a collaboration between Debby, Edible Phoenix and Eatable Events. At the popup event, guests will have the exclusive opportunity to taste the dish by Chef Jeremy Pacheco of Lon's at the Hermosa featured in Edible Phoenix. You’ll also meet the people behind the featured ingredient, Hayden Flour Mills, editor and founder Pamela Hamilton of Edible Phoenix, Sam Pillsbury, a local winemaker, and Debby Wolvos, the photographer.
