The Phoenix Ale Brewery Central Kitchen and Huss Brewing Company will host a 5-course chef’s dinner, pairing craft beer with craft food on Thursday, Aug. 25 at 6:30 p.m. Central Kitchen Head Chef Don Fawcett will prepare the following menu:
Course 1 – Watermelon Gazpacho served with Huss Raspberry Wheat Ale
Course 2 – Breakfast for Dinner served with Huss Koffee Kolsch
Course 3 – Smoked Trout served with Huss That’ll Do IPA
Course 4 – Barolo Braised Short Rib served with The Husstler Milk Stout
Course 5 – Koffee Caramel Apple served with Huss Juicy Fruit
