First recognized by President Reagan in 1987, National Catfish Day honors this staple of Southern cooking and holds true to TEXAZ Grill's Dallas-born owner/chef Steve Freidkin's roots, as he also spent time in the kitchen in Louisiana. Even better, guests can enjoy their catfish served two ways. For a real TEXAZ treat, try it breaded in buttermilk biscuit crumbs, fried 'til golden and served with a side of tartar sauce and lemon, plus TEXAZ fries. Or for something lighter, TEXAZ Grill also offers catfish dusted with seasoned flour and grilled to fork-tender perfection. Offered all-day (11 am - 10 pm) on June 25 for only $14.95, TEXAZ Grill's National Catfish Day special is limited to one order per guest - no sharing, no to-go and no doggy bags.
