January 27: Salt Appreciation: Come learn about the variety of salts available, taste and discover their different applications. We will focus on dessert and salt pairings including chocolate pot de crèmes with Himalayan pink sea salt, roasted caramel apples with rosemary sea salt, chocolate chip cookies with Maldon sea salt, grapefruit sablés with fleur de sel de Guérande, orange olive oil cake with spruce tip sea salt and goat cheese frosting. $60 per person
February 10: Sweets for the Sweet (Valentine’s Day Treats): We will prepare an assortment of decadent sweet treats that will make your Valentine swoon. On the menu are spiced chocolate truffles, chocolate dipped red hot velvet cake hearts, conversation heart decorated sugar cookies, heart shaped chocolate sandwich cookies and raspberry caramel truffle tarts. $60 per person
March 17: Appetizers: We will prepare simple, crowd-pleasing cocktail appetizes including martini buttons, bacon-wrapped dates with orange blossom honey, mushroom and cheese croquetas, Moroccan spiced chicken phyllo rolls with harissa aioli, baked goat cheese fonduta and mini Manhattan cheesecake bites $60 per person
