Nook Kitchen, located inside the Hilton Garden Inn in Downtown Phoenix, will offer a Don Julio cocktail dinner on August 2. Guests will enjoy five courses, as well as a variety of cocktails. Cost: $55++ per person

Fourth Course:
Braised pollo de muslo, maiz de la calle, maseca, mole, frijoles negros a la hoya

Mexican inspired chocolate flan with cinnamon, cumin, chocolate
