Join Market Street Kitchen at DC Ranch for a special cocktail dinner hosted by libation luminaries Garrit Guthrie, Luke Detraz, and Rich Heider, II.  This 5-course dinner paired with creative cocktails starts at 6:30 and costs $100++ per person.  And a bonus! First Course
Crudo: Snapper, avocado, poblano chili, cucumber, mezcal passion fruit sauce,  dehydrated onions
Mezcal Saturn 75: Mezcal, passionfruit puree, orgeat, citrus blend (lime, lemon, Blood orange), topo chico

Second course
Oaxacan salad: Salt cured beets, oranges, radish green, jicama, pepitas, ancho chili vinaigrette
Gin Celery Collins: Gin, spiced orange oleo, celery soda

Third course
Ramen: Corn broth, homeboy noodles, head on prawn, popcorn shoots, salt cured egg yolk
Russell's 10: mesquite syrup old fashioned

Fourth course
Quail/Pheasant Tamales: Mole sauce, quail eggs
Tequila Paloma: Tequila, Pomegranate, Madeira, grapefruit

Fifth Course
Aged Rum Panacotta Carbonated pineapple, sherry, toasted macadamia nuts
