We will be pouring a selection of white, red and rose wines from the extensive Jackson Family Wine Portfolio. The Jackson Family boasts an incredible selection of wines from around the world. The Enchantment culinary team will create an array of appetizers from the freshest possible ingredients from our gardens and from the Kendall Jackson organic garden that will complement the wines. Exotic cheeses and charcuterie as well as other savory delights from the kitchen will be among the featured items. Special Guests for the evening will be Master Sommelier Michael Jordan and Jackson Family Executive Chef Justin Wangler.

Michael Jordan is one of just 15 people in the world awarded both Master Sommelier and CWE (Certified Wine Educator) Diplomas.  Passionate and friendly, Michael demystifies the world of wines as an “Ambassador of Flavor” for wine lovers across the globe.

Sedona to Sonoma Chefs Wine Dinner
SATURDAY JULY 22nd 6:00p.m.-9:00p.m.

The Culinary team from Enchantment Resort teams up with Kendall Jackson Executive Chef, Justin Wangler to host an evening featuring the “Best of Sonoma to the Best of Sedona”. Each chef will produce alternating courses using the freshest product available from each region. The courses will be paired with Jackson Family Wines. Master Sommelier Michael Jordan and each Chef will enter into an interactive conversation with each course. An added treat for the evening will be watching the chefs finish and plate each course through the floor to ceiling windows of Che Ah Chi.
