Passed Appetizers:
Radish medley-watermelon, icicle, and black radish, Harissa chili oil, rice wine vinegar, sesame seed, green onion, truffle burrata
Nicoise deviled egg with Smoked scotch salmon, anchovy mousse, charred tomato, tapenade, purple potato chip

1st Course:
Dip/Persian Bread trio:
Roasted Garlic and Bone Marrow
Raisin, honey and mint Lebne
Sheep's milk feta whipped cream

2nd Course:
Grilled halibut salad-organic greens, grilled heirloom tomatoes, dill pickled radishes, barberries, bacon vinaigrette

Main Course:
raised Lamb Shank with Spring Herb Medley, Charred Spring onion, Harissa smashed potatoes

Dessert:
Udder Delights vanilla saffron and dried apricot ice cream with Baklava and Saffron Pistachio Macarons.
