Join renowned Executive Chef Alex Stratta for a series of cooking classes at Match: Restaurant & Lounge at downtown's FOUND:RE hotel. Each class is limited to 16 people and includes one welcome reception beverage. Cost: $50 per person (plus tax/gratuity). Time: 10 am to 12:30 pm. Reservations can be made by calling 602.875.8080.

Salade Nicoise with fennel-seared tuna
Bouillabaisse a la Marseilles — saffron fish stew and rouille
Clafoutis — almond and raspberry cake
