Bourbon Dinner At Match

On July 19, guests are invited to a special bourbon pairing dinner at Match Restaurant & Lounge, FOUND:RE Hotel’s signature dining establishment. Each of the dishes of the five-course experience is paired with a complementary Woodford bourbon. Cost is $65 per person, and space is limited.   • Foie Gras sauté, spiced pineapple, balsamic vinegar 
  • Caramelized apple and pancetta salad, spiced pecans, bourbon-date vinaigrette
  • Crispy pork belly, peach-bourbon glaze, butternut puree
  • Crispy BBQ chicken and green papaya, bourbon-Dr. Pepper sauce, mint, Fresno chilies
  • Barley crumble and spiced cherries and bourbon sour cream
