Drunk Munk Tiki Bar celebrates its official grand opening on Thursday, March 28. Doors will open at 4 p.m. until 2 a.m. Located at 7133 E. Stetson Drive in Scottsdale in the former Cowboy Ciao, the tiki themed restaurant blends old and new with a mid-century modern twist. A portion of proceeds to Phoenix Children’s Hospital from open to close and there will be food and drink specials throughout the night.  

The 4,600 square-foot restaurant will include The Idol of worship from former old town Scottsdale restaurant and bar, Drift Lounge and a patio that will seat 50. Owners include Greg Donnally, formerly of Drift Lounge, along with co-owners Andrew Nam and Scott Hane (of Geisha A Go Go). Enjoy tiki libations and flaming pu pu platters, Tomahawk ribeye steak, signature sushi rolls, Asian-inspired small plates, sandwiches and salads. Happy hour will be offered daily and brunch will be served on the weekends with red velvet waffles, unique spins on eggs benedict and bloody marys.
