White Truffle Dinner at Pizzicata

Join Pizzicata for a special dinner celebrating Alba truffles and the wines of Piemonte with a 5-course dinner curated by chef Viola Tagliaferri. Menu will include Gavi, Nebbiolo, Barbaresco, Barolo and Moscato d’Asti wine pairings with:
-Grass-raised Angus beef carpaccio with extra-virgin olive oil and white truffle
-Bruschetta topped with scrambled eggs and white truffle
-Risotto with shaved white truffle and porcini mushrooms
-cheese fondue with white truffle
-zabaione al tartufo

Cost for this exculsive dinner is $250 per person, plus taxes and gratuity (50% deposit required) Seating is limited to 30 people. Please call (480) 488-2848 for reservations.
