Blue Clover Distillery is teaming up with Aj’s to celebrate Hatch green chile season with a two-day roasting party and a Hatch chile cocktail competition with live music, Hatch green chile menu, a cocktail competition, and more on Saturday, September 25, 1-4 p.m. Details here.

Prior to this competition, Aj’s will challenge Arizona residents ages 21 and older to get creative by making and submitting their own Hatch chile cocktail for a chance to win prizes and compete with the professionals at Blue Clover. Simply post a picture ior video of your Hatch Chile cocktail recipe to Facebook or Instagram and tag it with #HatchAtHomeAZ by September 17 to be entered to win a Grand Prize package worth over $1000 - gift cards from AJ’s Fine Foods, Blue Clover Distillery, The Italian Daughter, Tarbell’s, Tucked Away Craft Kitchen & Bar, Baby Boy at The Pemberton, and The Kaz Bar; and a VIP experience, including a tour of Blue Clover’s distillery in Old Town Scottsdale, a Cocktail Kit from Blue Clover that includes its special red Hatch Chile and Habanero Spicy Bitters, and two VIP tickets to the Third Annual Hatch Green Chile Roast on Sept. 25, 2021, with a bottomless mimosa or Bloody Mary brunch for two.. The contest’s winning Hatch Chile Cocktail recipe will also be featured alongside other Hatch Chile Cocktails at Blue Clover’s Third-Annual Hatch Green Chile Roast and Blue Clover Distillery will feature the winning contest cocktail as a "Cocktail of the Month" on its menu as well.
