Portillo’s, known for its menu of Chicago-style favorites, is bringing its Beef Bus food truck to Glendale, AZ. Fans can visit the brand’s mobile restaurant at  17125 N 79th Ave, Glendale at the Arrowhead Towne Center.  The food truck will be Tuesday through Friday from 11AM – 2PM and 4PM – 7PM. A menu of Portillo’s favorites including Italian Beef Sandwiches, Chicago-style Hot Dogs, Cheese Fries, and soft drinks will be available for purchase while supplies last. Hungry fans can find updates on the food truck by following @beefbusofficial on Instagram and Twitter.

 Portillo’s is now accepting applications in anticipation of the opening. The restaurant is looking to fill a variety of hourly and shift leader positions. Interested applicants can visit portillos.com/careers or apply in-person at Portillo’s Hiring Center, located currently at the Hampton Inn (8404 West Paradise Lane Peoria, AZ 85382). Open interviews take place Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The brand is offering a referral program for hired employees, in which they receive wireless headphones for applicant referrals that lead to employment. Upon completing an interview with Portillo’s, applicants will receive one voucher for a free sandwich (hot dog or Italian beef), fries, and a drink. Vouchers can be redeemed during The Beef Bus’s operating hours.
