Edible Phoenix and Slow Food Phoenix want you to trade in your old cookbooks at atheir Cookbook Exchange. We'll take cookbooks as well as food, gardening and kids books. Exchangers receive one book for every book donated. Extra books available for sale for a $5 donation each or 3/$10. All proceeds benefit Slow Food Phoenix.
