Dapper & Stout and Chula Seafood have partnered for a progressive dine-around event taking place at the restaurants’ Uptown Plaza locations on Thursday, July 28. The event begins at Dapper & Stout for appetizers, the main entrée tasting course will be served at Chula Seafood, and guests will then return to Dapper & Stout for dessert. Each course is served with a complementary cocktail pairing. Menu:
First Course at Dapper & Stout: Billionaire Bacon Bao — extra thick “billionaire” bacon topped with pickled carrots, fresh fresnos, cucumber and a honey gojuchang sauce on a warm bao bun paired with a Whistle Pig Old Fashioned
Second Course at Chula Seafood — Grilled Kingfish with smoky bean ragout, mole negro, fried plantain and salsa matcha (with pepitas, peanuts, cumin, coriander and sesame seeds and crushed arbol chiles) served with the Deserted Island cocktail featuring Naran Mezcal, Carpano Aperitivo, passionfruit puree, lime juice, Angostura bitters and soda
Third Course at Dapper & Stout: Ricotta and Pistachio Cake — pistachio cream and ricotta cream layered between soft sponge cakes paired with a Café con Clase (hot espresso Reposado tequila coffee drink) or a perfect cappuccino
