Sushi Roku in Scottsdale will be donating 10% of all sales towards feeding Ukrainian refugees on Wednesday, March 9 from 5-10 pm. Hosted in partnership with the World Central Kitchen as part of its Chef for Ukraine fundraiser, all funds raised will directly support the WCK’s ongoing efforts to serve thousands of fresh meals to Ukrainian families fleeing home as well as those who remain in the country.  

“Like others, we felt helpless with the events unfolding in Ukraine. We are so inspired by what Chef José Andrés is doing right now through World Central Kitchen. By supporting his non-profit, we will help feed refugees directly on the ground. We hope that through this one-day fundraising initiative, we will unite to make a difference,” says Sushi Roku and Innovative Dining Group founder, Lee Maen. 

Sushi Roku at the W Scottsdale not only serves up award winning eats but also gives back by supporting and commiserating with those in need. This location has won countless awards over the past decade, including most recently being named one of the “50 Best Restaurants in Phoenix” by Arizona Foothills Magazine and one of the “10 Best Sushi Restaurants in Metro Phoenix” by the Phoenix New Times.
