Proof at the Four Seasons: Mezcal Dinner

Enjoy a four-course mezcal pairing dinner at Proof, presented by Chef Edgar Flores and Executive Pastry Chef Yudith Bustos. Sip and savor handcrafted cocktails from our Proof mixologists, while experiencing the story of pairing the food with the cocktails.
