On Tuesday, February 13, 2018 from 6:30am to 2:30pm, visit any Valley Snooze location for a special National Pancake Day menu of from-scratch, highly creative pancakes for $3.75 each. Each Snooze location will be donating 100% of pancake sales on this day to support local community garden projects: George B. Brooks Community Garden; The Learning Patch; The Farm at Agritopia; Indian Bend Elementary; Summit School of Ahwatukee.

A cornmeal pancake filled with Andouille Polidori sausage, topped with strawberry-jalapeno jam and maple syrup.

A cornmeal pancake with roasted corn inside topped with homemade queso featuring Polidori Chorizo.

Carrot cake pancake filled with white chocolate chips, topped with a bourbon maple syrup, cream cheese drizzle, and a thyme whipped mascarpone, almond crumble and fresh carrot

CHERRY CHOCOLATE PIE
Buttermilk pancake filled with chocolate chips, topped with Cherry Coulis, Chocolate Cherry Crumble, and  whipped cream

WHISKEY CAKE
Whiskey-infused buttermilk pancake stuffed with white chocolate chips topped with bourbon maple syrup, lemon cream cheese drizzle, whipped mascarpone and toasted pecans
