The Camby throws out the rules of traditional high-tea and gives guests a refreshing respite from the Arizona sun.Served alongside afternoon bites, the libations feature playful takes on classic teas such as English breakfast, earl grey, and chamomile, each infused with a spirit or sparkling wine. The bites menu puts a twist on tea time favorites such as truffle deviled eggs, chicken salad bao bun, and grilled shishito peppers, and sweet treats such as macarons and citrus cupcakes to round out The Camby experience.

Each guest savors one of every dish from the prix-fix menu, a choice of tea cocktail served in a teapot and a finale of sweet treats. Spiked tea options include chilled tea-infused cocktails, hot tea-infused cocktails, tea-infused champagne cocktails, as well as straight tea and mocktails.
