B&B Hospitality Group Las Vegas Reinvigorates Cocktail Classics with Italian Flair
LAS VEGAS (PRESS RELEASE) – This fall, guests can expect twists on classic libations at B&B Hospitality Group’s restaurants in The Venetian and Palazzo Las Vegas: Carnevino Italian Steakhouse, OTTO Enoteca e Pizzeria and B&B Ristorante. Each of these restaurant’s bar programs spotlights imaginative cocktail selections year-round crafted to make the most of time-tested recipes while enlivening them with Italian flair.
B&B RISTORANTE AT THE VENETIAN
A take on a traditional Old Fashioned, the Tuscan Old Fashioned ($18) at B&B Ristorante is composed of maple syrup, bitters and pancetta-infused Maker’s Mark, infused in-house. This robust cocktail makes a great aperitivo to start the meal.
CARNEVINO ITALIAN STEAKHOUSE AT PALAZZO LAS VEGAS
A house favorite, the Blood Orange Cosmopolitan ($17) at Carnevino Italian Steakhouse represents one of Mario Batali’s signature beverages. Made with vibrant blood orange juice, Cointreau, lime juice and Ketel One Citron, this drink provides a refreshing twist on a traditional Cosmopolitan, which incorporates cranberry instead of blood orange.
OTTO ENOTECA E PIZZERIA AT THE GRAND CANAL SHOPPES AT THE VENETIAN
An Italian-inspired version of the popular Moscow Mule, OTTO Enoteca e Pizzeria’s Mule Italiano ($16) features New Amsterdam vodka, Solerno Blood Orange liqueur, ginger beer and blood orange juice for a light, bracing cocktail, which pairs perfectly with the restaurant’s house-made salumi or savory pizzas.
