Afternoon at the Farm: Cultivating Culinarians

Join the Phoenix Chapter of Les Dames d'Escoffier for an afternoon of food, drink & celebration as they raise funds for the Arizona Chapter of Careers Through Culinary Arts Program (C-CAP). 

Start with cocktails designed by Dame Kim Haasarud, a James Beard-honored mixologist and author, paired with hors d’oeuvres, followed by a multi-course meal served family style by Dames Charleen Badman (Thrice-nominated James Beard Best Chef Southwest, chef/co-owner of FnB Restaurant), Amy Binkley (Binkley’s, Bink’s & Cafe Bink), Tracy Dempsey (Tracy Dempsey Originals), BJ Hernandez, Donna Nordin, Deborah Knight, Eugenia Theodosopoulos (Essence Bakery), and Helen Yung (Sweet Republic). Each Dame chef has invited a special “surprise” guest chef to join them in preparing your feast. Wines will be poured by Dame Kelly Bostock (Dos Cabezas Wineworks) and her special winemaker guest.
