Make your reservations at Kai at the Sheraton Grand Resort for an extraordinary, one-night event. Farmer Lee Jones from The Chef’s Garden is joining Kai for a very special wine dinner on Sunday, October 9th. Chef Ryan Swanson has drafted a menu celebrating Arizona’s indigenous cuisine in harmony with artisanal produce from The Chef’s Garden. Each of the courses has been carefully paired with wine from a variety of Arizona producers; Sand Reckoner, Dos Cabezas and Caduceus Cellars, just to name a few.
The Chef’s Garden, a 300-acre family farm in Huron, Ohio has worked directly with the world’s best chefs for decades. Their chemical-free agriculture and sustainable farming has attracted the likes of revered chefs around the world like Thomas Keller, Charlie Trotter and Michel Richard. It is Farmer Lee’s first visit to Phoenix, and the Sheraton Grand at the Wild Horse Pass is honored to take him on a tour of the state, via Kai’s kitchen.
