On September 7, enjoy a sneak peak of the newest resort in the Westroc family, Castle Hot Springs, scheduled to open this fall. Mountain Shadows Executive Chef Chuck Wiley will present a preview of the new property, while Executive Chef Chris Brugman of Castle Hot Springs Resort will prepare a four-course dinner featuring fresh vegetables foraged from the resort’s own garden and organic farm directed by agronomist Ian Beger.
