• 1st Course — Shrimp Aguachile with fresh lime, chili peppers, and cilantro paired with “An Enlivening Elixir” featuring St. George Botanivore Gin, St. George California Citrus Vodka, Bruto Americano, Lemon, and Absinthe Rinse
• 2nd Course — Blistered Heirloom Tomatoes with torn mozzarella and sherry vinaigrette paired with “A Lovely Libation,” a combination of St. George Terroir Gin, Bruto Americano, Basil Eau de Vide, and Rancio Sec
• 3rd Course — Striped Bass a la Veracruzana with tomatoes, capers, olives and rice complemented by “A Summery Spritz” with St. George Green Chili Vodka, Brut Sparkling, Dry Vermouth and lemon
