Join Tía Carmen (Foodist Award finalist for EMERGING RESTAURANT OF THE YEAR) at JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa for a special five-course dinner and wine pairing celebrating their one-year anniversary. The menu includes five of Tía Carmen’s signature dishes: Tuna Crudo with corn coconut broth, roasted purple yams with queso sauce and aged tepary bean mole negro; Tri-Tip Kebab with sesame leaves, Chicken Guisado, and Vanilla Flan with tequila caramel and manchego cheese.
