Scramble - A Breakfast Joint adds Nitro Cold Brew
Scramble – A Breakfast Joint Updates Menu For Summer Including the Launch of Nitro Cold Brew Coffee on Tap From Local Purveyor Espresso Italia

PHOENIX (Aug. 3, 2016) – Scramble – A Breakfast Joint in Scottsdale announces the launch of nitro cold brew coffee on tap from local purveyor Espresso Italia.
Espresso Italia’s cold-brew coffee on tap is infused with nitrogen gas, which is released through a pressurized valve with tiny holes. As high pressure forces the cold brew past a disc, it creates a creamy, stout-like effect. Scramble is one of first restaurants in the Valley to serve this highly caffeinated summer refresher, which is available for $4.69 for 12 oz.
“Adding nitro cold brew coffee on tap to our menu is one more way we can continue to enhance our diners’ experience,” said Owner Clay Moizo. “And, since nitro is still a relatively new concept for most people, it was an easy decision to take the ubiquitous cold brew and add the nitro twist that makes it so visually intriguing and unique.”
“Plus, because we’re able to source it locally via Tempe-based Espresso Italia, we’re able to continue supporting our mission to work with local purveyors whenever possible. It’s a win-win.”
