Bitter & Twisted's New Menu Brings The Cocktail Carnival To Town
(PRESS RELEASE) Ladies and gentlemen and children of all ages (provided they are 21 and over), the world-renowned Bitter & Twisted Cocktail Parlour presents an all-new, carnival-themed Book o' Cocktails to stir your soul with 18-pages of stunningly illustrated, never-seen-before craft cocktail delights. Led by ringmaster and head proprietor, Ross Simon (2016 & 2017 Tales of the Cocktail® nominee & Arizona Culinary Hall of Fame recipient), and the Bitter & Twisted bar team, this 6th annual edition rides into town today, Tuesday, May 21 for a year-long residency inside this internationally-noted lounge in the heart of downtown Phoenix. Updated annually, Bitter & Twisted's Book o' Cocktail has been landed in the Top 10 of the "World's Best Cocktail Menu" for two years running (2017 & 2018) by the prestigious Tales of The Cocktail Awards, alongside the likes of the Savoy London and Dead Rabbit in New York.
Boasting colorful custom artwork by illustrator, Matt Andrews, Bitter & Twisted's sixth annual Book o' Cocktails once again combines cheeky fun with serious craft cocktails creations. But what you can't see, but will certainly taste, is the full year of behind-the-scenes R&D needed to bring all 60+ cocktails to life. Not to mention, the under-the-bartop technology and intricate prep work required to quickly yet precisely serve up to 600 covers per night, while maintaining world-class standards. This includes hand-crafting five different types of house-made, nano-filtered ice, dozens of house-infused spirits made with fresh ingredients such as grilled pineapple or pure vanilla bean, as well as dozens more house-made syrups, sugars and foams.
