Stratta Kitchen Launches Michelin Chef Experience and Thanksgiving Dinner To-Go

(PRESS RELEASE) The Valley's new favorite for approachable, chef-crafted modern Mediterranean fare, Stratta Kitchen is excited to announce the Michelin Chef Experience, where guests can enjoy a private, customizable multi-course dining event handcrafted by Arizona's most awarded chef. Offered at Stratta Kitchen, or at your own home kitchen, you'll work directly with chef/owner, Alex Stratta, to create your own dream dining experience featuring premium ingredients (foie gras, caviar, wagyu), optional wine pairings and more. This private dining experience will also allow guests the chance to chat and learn cooking tips in a safe and socially-distanced manner alongside this James Beard Award-winning chef, who also starred on "Iron Chef USA." About Alex Stratta: Back in 1989, a 24-year-old chef named Alessandro "Alex" Stratta first landed in Scottsdale, charged with putting the then-new The Phoenician resort on the map.
