Campo Italian Bistro & Bar Launches Weekend Brunch
Breakfast Pizzas, Capicola Eggs Benedict and B.L.T.E Paninis? Savor Brunch Italian-Style with Campo’s all-new chef-crafted weekend menu
Scottsdale’s favorite neighborhood hangout, Campo Italian Bistro and Bar is launching an all-new weekend brunch menu starting this Saturday, August 14. Served Saturdays and Sundays from 10 am to 3 pm, Campo’s chef-crafted menu adds a delicious Italian twist to classic brunch fare such as savory Dutch Baby Pancakes (with prosciutto, pesto and fontina cheese) or the Campo Benedicto (poached egg topped with spinach, capicola and roasted pepper hollandaise). Plus, in true Italian fashion, Campo guests are invited to lounge and linger inside this stylish Scottsdale hotspot thanks to a full menu of imported Illy Coffee expresso and cappuccino, plus Campo’s full menu of craft cocktails, beer and wines.
Led James Beard Award-winning chef, Alessandro ‘Alex’ Stratta, and Genuine Concepts’ Executive Chef, Jeremy Pacheco, Campo is open for dinner, Tuesday through Sunday, and now weekend brunch. Housed inside an inviting, perfectly imperfect space featuring warm wood community tables and an open floorplan, good food and a relaxing vibe, Campo also tempts with a spacious, full-service outdoor patio.
