Guests and locals can book the new Shop &More package for an overnight stay and exclusive shopping experience or enjoy The Merchantile’s new monthly Pop-Up Shop launching on Saturday, April 22 during Boozy Brunch at the hotel’s signature restaurant, Carcara.

The Merchantile’s local vendors will rotate each month so shoppers will discover something new at every Pop-Up Shop! The Pop-Up Shop series will take place from 10:30 AM - 2:30 PM on Saturday, April 22, May 20 and June 24 with future dates to be announced at a later date.
Carcara’s Boozy Brunch menu highlights include a savory Pop Tart with Schreiner’s bacon, scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese and pepper jelly; Espresso Bacon Jam Short Rib Wagyu Burger with Wisconsin cheddar, crispy opinion, garlic paprika aioli and an over-easy egg; and the Buddah Bowl with wild rice, brussels sprouts, avocado, rainbow chard, heirloom carrots, toy box tomatoes, and lemon pomegranate vinaigrette.
