Elevate Your February at Flourish in Fountain Hills
Celebrate February with a full month of fun at Flourish, the sustainably sourced all-new restaurant located on the grounds of the boutique CopperWynd Resort & Club in the mountains above Fountain Hills and North Scottsdale, where they will be hosting a series of fun events and sumptuous wine-paired dinners throughout the month of February.
- Tuesday, February 23: Enjoy an evening of mystery and fun with a "Murder Mystery Dinner party" at Flourish, featuring a three-course meal, a glass of Francis Ford Copolla's Vendetta, and of course, audience participation in the mystery.
- Saturday, February 27 (11 am - 5 pm): Flourish will be hosting a Sonoran Valley Wine Mixer to relaunch the pool at CopperWynd Resort & Club. The event will include tasting stations for wines throughout the pool and event lawn. Guests will notice a remote control drone/helicopter competition flying over their heads, with the winners receiving an exciting prize. A DJ and live entertainment will also entertain guests throughout the course of the event. Plus, Flourish is joining forces with the Max Love Project for the wine mixer, with donations from all guests in attendance given directly to the charity, which helps children thrive against cancer and life-threatening conditions.
- Monday, February 29 (5-10 pm): Flourish will be hosting a "Quantum Leap Party" from 5-10pm where guests are invited to come dressed as their favorite decade for our costume contest. The evening will also feature flash back pricing, where during each hour of the night, a specialty beer will be priced based on each decade's pricing. Live music will be performed by the "80's and Gentlemen."
- Weekdays (3-6 pm): Every weekday, stop by for a gourmet happy hour served on the gorgeous out door dining terrace with expansive views of the nearby Four Peaks mountains. Enjoy chef Mike's inventive happy hour menu including Crispy Brussels Sprouts, Bell Pepper Hummus, Confit Chicken Wings and much more. Plus, enjoy $5 draft beers and house spirits and $8 specialty cocktails.
Led by executive chef, Mike Winneker (formerly of Cowboy Ciao), Flourish boasts an ever-changing menu of farm-fresh, healthful yet crave-able eats served for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner. Flourish also tempts with bar menu and weekday happy hour served in the stylish lounge and outdoor dining terrace, including an expansive selection of organic wines, craft beers and signature cocktails made with cold-pressed juices and artisan spirits. Housed inside a custom-designed, free-flowing and seamlessly indoor-outdoor space, Flourish pairs each meal with sweeping vistas of Scottsdale, Fountain Hills and the distant Four Peaks wilderness.
