2015 AZ Wine & Dine Event

On April 2nd, 2015, AZ Wine & Dine took place at the Scottsdale Quarter.  Hosted by the Arizona Lodging and Tourism Association, this popular event featured top chefs from local restaurants presenting dishes paired with wines and craft brews.

Once again, talented chefs from some of the Valley's most acclaimed restaurants introduced the crowd to their menus with delicious and creative dishes.  Here were some of my favorites:

Different Pointe of View's smoked pork tenderloin with honey griddle cake.

Lobster agnolotti from IL Terrazzo at the Phoenician

Dessert from Top of the Rock

Top of the Rock and Chef Gregory's crispy chicken liver, creamed hominy and cured egg yolk

Lamb meatball with favas and morels from Alto at the Hyatt at Gainey Ranch

Talavera's ravioli with mushroom and lobster ragout

Chef Lance's (Talavera) cheesecake panna cotta with poached rhubarb

Chef Mecinas and the Four Seasons crew
