The 25th Arizona Culinary Hall of Fame - 2016
On March 28th, the 25th Arizona Culinary Hall of Fame, presented by the Scottsdale Culinary Festival and the Scottsdale League for the Arts, took place at LiveWire. 2015 Beverage Master of the Year Travis Nass created two special cocktails with local CaskWerks spirits and Boy Drinks World Bitters: Scottsdale Silver Celebration Punch and Smoking Silver.
1997 Culinary Chef Extraordinaire Eddie Matney and 2015 Chef of the Year Gio Osso fed the crowd delicious food such as foie gras profiteroles, cannoli, and flan, oysters, meatloaf sliders, and stuffed mushrooms.
