On Saturday, December 9, local pastry chef Country Velador will teach guests to make marshmallows in festive flavors such as peppermint candy, cocoa or pumpkin spice. They will also learn how to dress the mallows up using cookie cutters or molds and how to cut them perfectly for homemade hot chocolate or wrapped up as gifts for loved ones.
