Bitter & Twisted Launches To-Go Dim Sum and Cocktails
AZ's most awarded cocktail lounge rolls out all-new online menu featuring chef-crafted bar bites paired with premium, house-canned cocktails for curbside pickup
(PRESS RELEASE) The wait is finally over, as Bitter & Twisted Cocktail Parlour in downtown Phoenix has reopened for carry-out cocktails and chef-crafted dim sum, all with convenient online ordering. Offered Monday - Saturday from noon to 9 pm, enjoy an ever-changing selection of to-go versions of classic and seasonal B&T cocktails, all canned with their cocktail knowhow (using a lot of science and math) for maximum flavor, freshness and taste, paired with vacuum-sealed garnishes, and featuring custom QR codes on the label with details instructions to create world-class cocktails at home (without the mess or stress).
Plus, B&T's co-owner/chef Bob Tam has rolled out an all-new menu of handcrafted Dim Sum specifically designed for takeout, including potstickers, dumplings, rice bowls and the soon-to-be-famous Cheesy egg roll & Bao Royale with caramelized ground chuck, pickles, onions and Swiss and American cheeses. B&T's new Dim Sum menu also includes vegetarian options such as Siu Mai Dumplings made with plant-based Impossible meat and Veggie Garden potstickers.
Most important, says B&T proprietor, Ross Simon, "As we continue to deal with the COVID crisis, we've totally redesigned the menus from the ground up to ensure the kitchen and bar staff can operate while maintaining safe social distancing." This includes the shift to Dim Sum-style eats, which allow different prep schedules conducive to distancing, and implementing a state-of-the-art cocktail canning machine, which allows the to-go cocktails to be stored in the refrigerator for up to 30 days. "Working alongside Aaron DeFeo of Little Rituals, the most important thing for us was to take our time and do it right," Simon says. "Such as our super refreshing seasonal watermelon hibiscus margarita, lovingly prepared and served with a compounded watermelon slice, a dusting of tajin rim salt, and easy-to follow instructions, it's truly a portable, potable B&T experience."
Bitter & Twisted's to-go food and drink menu is available Monday through Saturday, from noon to 9pm.
