Foodist Awards 2023 Winners
On Monday, April 24, at The Van Buren, the Arizona Restaurant Association awarded the 2023 Foodist Awards to recognize Arizona’s talented food and beverage professionals who execute quality, demonstrate innovation and leadership, influence the culinary and hospitality industry in a meaningful way, and impact not only the people they work with but those who walk through their doors and sit at their tables.
The nomination process was open to the public and finalists and winners were chosen by a panel of industry experts, organized by The Arizona Restaurant Association. Congratulations to the winners!
FOOD & BEVERAGE
STANDOUT SIGNATURE DISH – The dishes in this category have become synonymous with the restaurant, and are often the dishes that customers rave about and come back for. These dishes are the chefs’ creative expression and showcase their culinary skills. These dishes are not only delicious but also visually stunning, and are often a reflection of the restaurant’s concept, culture, and identity.

The nominees in this category showcase their bartenders’ creativity, technical skills, and use of unique ingredients and techniques to create truly memorable cocktails. These cocktails are not only delicious but also visually stunning, and often reflect the establishment’s concept, culture, and identity.
